In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

All financial transactions on x5555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the x5555 cashier at time of transaction.

The following general rules govern all Wagers placed on the x5555 Platform:

• A Wager is final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where expressly permitted by specific game or event rules.
• x5555 reserves the right to void any Wager that is placed as a result of a manifest error, system fault, or pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Winnings are credited to your Account balance following settlement of the relevant game round or sporting event in accordance with the applicable rules for that game or market.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended without notice at any time. Wagers already confirmed prior to suspension remain valid unless voided under applicable rules.

x5555 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are completed. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus are subject to the bonus terms unless the player opts out of the bonus prior to placing any Wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x5555 Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.

• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or circumvent security measures.

• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour towards x5555 staff or other players.

All content on the x5555 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interfaces, and trademarks, is the property of x5555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from x5555.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• x5555 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. x5555 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• x5555 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• x5555's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• x5555 is not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party game providers' software or services accessed through the Platform.

By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing. x5555 implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data.
